- Download the Mac Shortcut and unzip it.
- Drag Todo List Local.crwebloc to your Desktop.
- Double-click it to open Google Chrome. AI and voice use the hosted backend; no API key or login is needed.
Requires Google Chrome. No installer or Terminal commands. Your existing AI Todo List Shortcut and its data stay untouched. The new workspace saves in this Chrome profile, separately from Online accounts. Use Data → Choose backup folder for an independent file copy. Keep a backup before clearing browser data.
Import local data into Online
Choose a backup exported from the local version. Review new records and any differences before saving. Your local file remains unchanged, and a recovery copy of your Online data is kept.
